1. About Tidivio and scope

These Terms of Use apply to the Tidivio mobile application. “We”, “us” and “the developer” mean the developer identified in the Contact section below.

Tidivio is a household cleaning assistant. It creates a finite cleaning plan based on the time, effort and area you select, using built-in or custom rooms and tasks. It is an organizational aid, not a professional cleaning, hygiene, safety or medical advisory service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. Permission to use

Subject to these terms and applicable app-store terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Tidivio for lawful personal, household or internal organizational purposes. No account or sign-up is required.

The developer and relevant third-party licensors retain their rights in the app, its software and included content. You retain your rights in room names, task descriptions and other text you create.

You must not misuse the app, use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to distribute unauthorized copies, or infringe another person’s rights. These restrictions do not prevent conduct that applicable law expressly permits, including rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

3. Free access

The current version’s cleaning features are free to use. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising. There is no bill, trial expiration, paid quota, renewal or purchase to restore.

This describes the current version rather than promising that every future offering will always be free. If we introduce an optional paid offering in the future, it would be explained separately before purchase and could not automatically charge an existing user without valid authorization.

4. Cleaning plans, time and safety

Task durations are estimates. A plan reflects the time, effort and area you select, but Tidivio does not inspect your home, verify actual hygiene, assess hazards or certify that a room, surface or task is clean. Marking a task Done or Already clean records your choice; it is not an independent assessment. A timer ending does not establish that work is complete.

Use your judgment and follow cleaning-product labels, equipment instructions, surface-care guidance and relevant safety advice. Do not mix incompatible products, use products on unsuitable surfaces, or undertake work you consider unsafe. Seek qualified advice when a situation requires professional cleaning, safety or medical expertise.

5. Data and backups

Cleaning data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for control of the device and access to it. Tidivio does not keep an online copy of this data or provide cross-device or cross-platform synchronization. Operating-system-managed backup is enabled, but whether data is backed up depends on your device and account settings. On Android, Firebase Analytics processes limited usage information separately from cleaning content, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Settings > Delete data removes local cleaning data and cancels scheduled Tidivio notifications. Your operating system may separately retain an existing device or account backup. We cannot promise that a backup will exist, contain the latest information, or restore successfully after an uninstall, device loss, failure or replacement. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

6. Availability and updates

We may maintain, correct or change features for technical, security, legal or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perpetual compatibility with every device or operating-system version, or exact notification and timer delivery. Device settings, permissions, power management and operating-system behavior can affect those functions.

Any change remains subject to mandatory consumer rights. An update to the app or these terms will not create a retroactive charge for functionality you already use.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tidivio is provided as available. We do not guarantee that suggested tasks, time estimates, notifications or results will meet every need or produce a particular standard of cleanliness.

You remain responsible for choosing tasks, products and methods appropriate to your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, liability, remedy or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or intentional wrongdoing.

8. Ending use

You can stop using or uninstall Tidivio at any time. There is no account to cancel. You may first use Settings > Delete data to clear local cleaning data, but this does not guarantee removal of copies already held in an operating-system backup. Manage those copies through your device or account provider.

9. App stores and third-party licenses

The terms of the store from which you obtained Tidivio and notices for third-party software used by the app continue to apply where relevant. If you downloaded Tidivio from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a valid custom agreement is supplied through the App Store.

These website Terms are not presented as a custom App Store license agreement. They do not replace applicable store terms, third-party license terms, or mandatory rights.

10. Changes, applicable rights and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Tidivio or to clarify them. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Applicable mandatory legal and consumer rights remain unaffected.
